Hi!
That effect comes from the background image script. It needs to resize the background image as you zoom in. It can appear like a "blink".

That the template hasn´t a dropdown menu but a fixed on in mobile mode was my intention.
While website like godaddy.com are made for specific content a premade template must work with any type of content on different websites for different projects and intentions. And a drop down menu can cause much more trouble and problems than a static one...

Hi!
Hm, seems to be a interessting issue.
Safari on iOS devices seems to ignor the z-index given by CSS as soon as you start a embeded video.

Found this solution:
http://www.scorchsoft.com/blog/youtube-z-index-embed-iframe-fix/

and here is a JS solution:

Hi!
Sorry for my really late reply. Seems I just miss your post...

To solve this issue in your case open the tmeplates style.css file and search for:
.sourrounding_wrapper.logo_area_wrapper

Remove this:
position:fixed;

from the CSS class

Hi Holger,

I posted the last question over 2 months ago, but haven't received a response. Can you please look at the screenshot I provided and tell me what I need to do to fix this? The trouble is that viewers can't use their reservation system from a mobile devise because the menu covers up sections of the reservation area. I need help ASAP!!

Thanks,

Hi!

Hm, do you try to install the quickstart package or just the template?
In the first case: Can you install a normal Joomla 3.0 pack (not a quickstart package, just a normal joomla install) or do you get the same error messages?

I need to install 3 joomla 3.0 templates and I'm having major issues.. I have gotten goodkarma to install with no problem. With rocksolid and goodkarma on different installs I'm getting installation errors... I'm using PHP 5.3, used two different hosting sites. In some cases if I create a folder in public_html and install it will work.

On one host site I get these errors:

[26-May-2013 13:58:12 America/Denver] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: catid in /home1/aliuscom/public_html/components/com_contact/router.php on line 74
[27-May-2013 09:30:34 America/Denver] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home1/aliuscom/public_html/components/com_content/views/category/view.feed.php on line 34

on another host site I get these:

01-Jun-2013 16:06:18 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: simplexml_load_file() [function.simplexml-load-file]: /home2/lockdog/public_html/installation/language/th-TH/th-TH.xml:1: parser error : Start tag expected, '<' not found in /home2/lockdog/public_html/libraries/joomla/language/language.php on line 1302

Any ideas on what could be the problem, the files are there.

Hi!
Thats the main content wrapper. Thats where normally the main content appears.
If you don´t need it on the frontpage add this css class at the end of the templates style.css:

.on_frontpage .main_wrapper

Hi!
To edit/change/remove the "/" please open the templates style.css file (from the templates /css folder) and search for this CSS class:

.navbar .nav > li > a:after

This is the important part:
content:"/"

Remove the / or add another symbol

The corresponding CSS class for the logo wrapper area is called:
.logo_area_wrapper

For example add this at the bottom of the style.css file:
.logo_area_wrapper

to get a black background for the top bar

Hmm.... Things are becoming a bit more clear. I finally decided going for Rocksolid.
However, I have to ask the same question as earlier - where to edit the main menu. I want to remove the "slash" (/) between the text in main menu.
And I would like to edit the color in the wrapper area where main menu and logo is placed. (Logo wrapper area?) Alterantive put in a gradient png. picture here.

Kindly regards
