That effect comes from the background image script. It needs to resize the background image as you zoom in. It can appear like a "blink". That the template hasn´t a dropdown menu but a fixed on in mobile mode was my intention. While website like godaddy.com are made for specific content a premade template must work with any type of content on different websites for different projects and intentions. And a drop down menu can cause much more trouble and problems than a static one...
