Without the source code it is hardly to say. Because I don´t know if a specific text comes from a third party component, or if it is added manually as HTML code, or which text is a page title or a headline or a category title. With out a look into the source code I can give you just general infos:

The global text size can be set in the custom.css file here:
body {background-image: url(../images/bck.jpg); position: relative; background-color:#333; color: #d3d3d3; font-size:11px; line-height: 1.9em; font-family: 'Maven Pro', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;}

edit the "font-size:11px;" value.

The headline font sizes can be changed in the custom.css file too:
h1 {font-size:3.5em; }
h2 {font-size:3em; padding:.3em 0; }
h3, .contentheading {font-size:2em;letter-spacing: 1px;font-style: inherit;line-height:1em; margin:.3em 0; }
h4, .componentheading {font-size:1.2em;line-height:1.25;margin-bottom:1.25em;}
h5 {font-size:1em;font-weight:bold;margin-bottom:1.5em;}
h6 {font-size:1em;font-weight:bold;}

For example a normal article headline use a h2 headline, a module title use a h3 headline.

And the leading articles use a bigger font size than intro articles to outline that they are more important. For example if you publish one leading article followed by three intro articles the first one is bigger.
If you don´t want that at all open the templates basic.css file and search for:

.leading{font-size:1.2em;border-bottom:1px solid #ddd;padding:0 0 0px 0;}

Change the "font-size:1.2em;" value to "1.0".
