i've just tried to install the GreatInc Template on my new Joomla 2.5 installation. Unfortunately it doesn't work. The system tells me, that the installation file could not be found. I've already uploaded the php.ini like mentionend in your knowledge base, but it doesn't work.

What can I else do? Can anyone help me please?

Most common reason for it is if you try to install the downloaded .zip package instead of the included (in the download package) installation package:

Hallo Holger, vielen Dank für die Installation des Templates. Ich bin nun dabei, einige Anpassungen zu machen. Mitunter möchte ich gerne ein anderes Hintergrundbild einfügen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass diese Einstellung im template.css File zu finden ist. Leider ist die Dateigrösse dieses File bei 0 und es zeigt mir nichts an. Wie kann ich das Hintergrundbild anpassen?

Das Hintergrundbild wird in der Template Konfiguration ausgewählt.
Dort stehen alle Bilder aus folgendem Verzeichnis zur Verfügung (relativ zu Ihrer Joomla Installation):
/templates/greatinc/image/backgrounds

Bei Bedarf einfach ein Bild per FTP in dieses Verzeichnis hochladen und dann in der Template Konfig auswählen. Dazu auf "extensions->template manager" klicken (im Joomla backend), das "Greatinc" Template auswählen und auf den "edit" Button oben rechts klicken. Dann kann rechts in der Spalte auf der Konfigurationsseite ein Hintergrundbild ausgewählten.
